At Spray Plant 2K, we have a long tradition of supporting local community events and clubs. Places, people and causes that are close to our hearts and need a helping hand to be able to do what they do best; whether that’s at the sharp end, saving lives, or promoting health, wellbeing and community.

After Mark’s discharge from hospital, following his stroke in May 2022, we were directed to a charity called Different Strokes, which is a stroke charity for younger stroke survivors, and it was good to connect with people that had a commonality of purpose. We supported the charity with a donation in appreciation for their support. Their work offering peer support, really made a difference.

‘How’s That?’
Many of you will know that Mark is a member of Barwick in Elmet Cricket club and has enjoyed a few pints of ‘Neck Oil’ in the sunshine over the years! This year Spray Spray Plant 2K has sponsored the club and we can't wait to see the advertising boards up around the ground this season.

Temple Newsam 10. Trail Race – technical top….
The Templenewsam 10 (TNT) was first run in January 2016. The event attracts 1000 runners with this year's event selling out in record time.
TNT has had some fantastic support over the years from various local businesses, one of which is SPRAY PLANT 2K. The sponsorship money goes a long way into giving our runners the best race experience as possible and every finisher receiving a quality technical T-shirt, medal, water and goodies.
“The technical T- shirts are really good quality and a key component in the success of TNT. Our participants absolutely love them, we do have runners who have every T- Shirt going back to 2016.” Paul McGreevy.
The race brings together volunteers from local Athletic clubs and raises money for numerous local charities.

Gilets for the girls!
Knaresborough Town FC are based in Knaresborough, there are 4 teams, the men, men’s reserves, women’s and the Under 18 women’s team, which was only set up this season. Spray Plant 2K supported Manager, Andy Harvey when he managed Garforth Rangers girls team and continue to support him and his new team. We know that grassroots football teams are made up of lots of volunteers working hard to deliver a great experience and opportunities for its players.
“It’s important for local business to provide financial support. Spray Plant 2K kindly sponsored the Women’s U18’s, which helped in buying all the women new gilets. When I managed Garforth Ranger Girls , Spray Plant 2K sponsored the girls twice so we were able to buy new football kits for the playing season with their brand at the front of the kit shirts, enhancing their overall playing experience and making them feel part of a team”.
